TERMS OF SERVICE – MASSPOOL PTE. LTD.

General Provisions

By registering a User Account and/or using any of the services and/or visiting any section of the website located at https://masspool.io (hereinafter the “Platform”), the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS” or “General Terms”), Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, as well as conditions of promotions, bonuses, and special offers published on the Platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before accepting them. You agree that you are free to choose whether to use the Services and do so at your sole discretion and risk.
 If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not open an Account or continue using the Platform. Further use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these ToS.

The Platform is operated by Masspool Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (hereinafter “Operator”).

Definitions

For the purposes of these ToS:

• Account – User’s personal account on the Platform.
• Contract – Mining agreement formed upon registration, governed by these ToS.
• Cryptocurrency – Digital asset supported by the Platform.
• Hashrate – Unit of computing power used for mining.
• Mining Pool Services – Services provided by the Operator enabling Users to contribute computing power for cryptocurrency mining.
• User / Miner – Individuals or legal entities providing computing power to the Operator.
• Wallet – External digital wallet controlled by the User.

Amendments to the ToS

The Operator may amend these ToS at any time to comply with regulatory, technical, or commercial requirements. Updated ToS will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

User Warranties

By registering, the User warrants that:

1. They are at least 18 years old and legally capable.
2. If a legal entity, they are duly incorporated and authorized.
3. Information provided is accurate and complete.
4. They are responsible for their own tax obligations.
5. They will comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete Accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

User Account

For the purposes of these ToS:

• Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• The User is solely responsible for all activities under their Account.
• Misuse, hacking, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted after notice.
• The Operator may suspend or terminate Accounts at its discretion, including for AML/KYC or compliance reasons.

Mining Services

By registering, the User warrants that:

1. Users provide computing power for mining through their hardware.
2. The Operator may, at its discretion, redirect computing power to third parties.
3. Users are entitled to mining rewards (Remuneration) based on actual mining results.
4. Rewards are variable, not guaranteed, and depend on hashrate contribution.
5. Rewards are paid to the wallet specified in the User’s Account.
6. Incorrect wallet details are the User’s responsibility; payments are irreversible.
7. Transaction fees may be deducted from Remuneration.
8. The Operator may penalize ToS breaches by withholding part or all of Remuneration.

Limitation of Liability

• The Operator provides Services with reasonable care but excludes all implied warranties.
• The Operator is not liable for losses including data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Users indemnify the Operator against claims arising from misuse or breach of these ToS.
• Users are responsible for proper hardware configuration.
• Force majeure (including cyberattacks) releases the Operator from liability.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

• The list of supported cryptocurrencies may change at any time.
• The Operator does not endorse or guarantee any specific cryptocurrency project.
• Users bear the risk of using any supported cryptocurrency.

Final Provisions

• Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
• The Operator may terminate or suspend services without liability.
• These ToS, together with incorporated policies, represent the entire agreement between the User and the Operator.
